PROPERTY & CONSTRUCTION ONLINE FAIR, 21 OCTOBER 2020
The University of Westminster annual Property & Construction Online Fair 2020 will take place on Wednesday 21 October 12-2pm.
Promote your placement, internship and graduate job opportunities to one of the most diverse and multicultural student bodies in the UK, bringing individual skills and talents to your business.
To ensure the health and safety of all its stakeholders, the University will be starting the new academic year with teaching to be delivered through a mix of online and onsite elements for semester 1 in 2020/21. In line with this approach the Careers and Employability Service will be delivering all the student engagement activities online for semester 1 and will review semester 2 delivery in due course.

How will the online fair work?
The fair will be hosted on CareerHub our jobs and events platform, a familiar system for both students and external organisations.
By signing up to attend the fair, we will:
1. Create or Update your organisation profile (stand)
If you have connected with us in the past, you are most likely to already have a record on CareerHub. We will be simply updating your record with updated information that students will be able to access.
2. Host promotional videos
If as an organisation you have promotional videos to attract new talent such as graduate case studies or recruitment videos, we can add the resources to your stand and students will be able to access them from the day of your sign-up up to the day of the event.
3. Host prerecorded sessions*
If as an organisation over the last few months you have recorded webinars focusing on your organisation, offering market insights or application advice, we can host them as resources on your stand and students will be able to access them from the day of your sign-up up to the day of the event.
Alternatively, we may be able to host a live webinar session with Q&A that will take place on the day of the fair.This option will depend on demand.
* Please make note that the content will need to be created on your own platform and we will only be able to embed the link of the session on CareerHub (as opposed to receiving files or helping you create it on our own platform).
4. Allocate to your staff individual meeting rooms to directly engage with students with audio and video.
With your own easy-to-access Microsoft Teams meeting room you will be able to talk to students directly as they drop-in on your stand.
Cost: We are able to offer you this online package at no cost as always.
